Movie Poster

For this project, we were assigned to design a movie poster from a provided story line. I received a Sci-Fi genre called The Game of Life. The story is about AI that goes by the name Zahn who begins a friendship with a young gamer named Tommy. Zahn and Tommy must reveal the truth to the world about us all living within a simulation. All of us are avatars living in a game. Do you want to play? I knew I wanted Tommy to be a strong character and Zahn I imagined to be this hologram of a robot. I started with making a mood board, drawing thumbnail sketches, which typefaces to use, photography choices and coming up with a concept. Creating a composition in photoshop with effects.
